Convergent Technologies Research Center in University of Tehran (NBIC) aims to expand the boundaries of knowledge in interdisciplinary fields, develop innovative research activities, and transform the country's research results into new and needed technologies in four areas of Nano- technology. technology, Bio-technology, Information-technology and Cognitive Sciences have been established in cooperation with Tehran University of Medical Sciences and with the support of Vice President of Science and Technology at the University of Tehran in 2016.
